1. The platform
Freelance Nepal provides a marketplace where employers post jobs and freelancers apply. We do not employ freelancers and are not a party to contracts between members.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and complete verification before posting jobs or applying.
3. Acceptable use
No spam, fraud, harassment or illegal activity. Jobs must describe genuine opportunities. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.
4. Payments
Payment terms are agreed directly between employers and freelancers. The platform does not process payments in the launch phase.
5. Content
You retain rights to content you post but grant the platform a license to display it. Do not post content you do not have rights to.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; continued use of the platform means you accept the current terms.
